Cedar Woods

Unsurpassed Quality

Award-winning property developer, Cedar Woods Properties Limited, has won no less than 14 esteemed awards, demonstrating national excellence in property development, design, environmental protection and rehabilitation, and creating communities.

Jostling for position in the trophy cabinet are numerous awards from the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA), the Housing Industry Association (HIA), the Civil Contractors Association and the Landscape, Design and Irrigation Awards.

The company’s most recent awards include the prized 2008 UDIA (WA) ‘Award For Excellence - High Density Development’ for Nautilus Apartments - luxury apartments on the waterfront in Rockingham.
